In Mexico every invoice is a CFDI, so your tool has to issue and stamp invoices the SAT will accept. What sets these apps apart is everything else: whether you only need invoicing and accounting, or also inventory, point of sale and a link to your online store.
Start with what you already use. If you sell on Shopify or Tiendanube, look for an app that syncs orders. If you work with an accountant, ask which system they prefer before you choose.
Zoho BooksMexico edition with CFDI, electronic accounting, DIOT and Carta Porte. It's free while annual revenue stays under 400,000 pesos; the Standard plan runs about MX$99 a month billed annually.
AlegraIssues invoices for the SAT, and also for the DIAN or the SUNAT if you operate in more than one country. Adds inventory and point of sale, with a 15-day free trial.
Bind ERPCFDI 4.0, SAT invoice downloads and electronic accounting, alongside multi-warehouse inventory. It syncs orders from Mercado Libre, Shopify and Tiendanube.
OdooIts Mexico localization issues CFDI from the same system that runs sales, inventory and accounting. It fits if you want to grow module by module; a good rollout usually needs a partner.
ClickBalance OneMexican ERP that puts sales and invoicing, inventory, CRM and point of sale in one Mac or Windows app. Access starts with a demo, so ask there how it handles CFDI stamping.
