A small agency or a freelancer runs the same cycle with every client: proposal, deposit, project, invoice, payment. This stack chains those steps so you stop copying data by hand from one app to the next.
Better Proposals sends the proposal and collects the deposit through Stripe as soon as the client signs. Zapier picks up that signature, creates the project in ClickUp and adds the client to Zoho Books, where you issue the invoice.
Invoicing depends on your country. Zoho Books covers CFDI in Mexico; in Colombia or Peru, Alegra invoices for the DIAN or the SUNAT. If you work in English with US clients, Bonsai puts proposal, contract, time tracking and invoice in a single app.
